A solid wearable, a few well-chosen supplements, and a gym membership will run a few hundred dollars a year. The high end of biohacking, advanced testing, peptides, neuromodulation devices, and longevity clinics, can run tens of thousands of dollars a year. There is no correlation between spend and benefit beyond the first few hundred dollars.
